Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Sportify GG, including the marketing website at sportify.gg (the “Website”) and the application at app.sportify.gg (the “App”), operated by Sportify GG (“we,” “us,” or “our”). The Website and App are referred to together as the “Services.” By accessing or using either Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

Some provisions below apply only to the Website or only to the App — these are labeled accordingly. Everything else applies to both.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use the Services. By creating an App account, you represent that you meet this requirement.

2. Accounts (App only)

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
• You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep it up to date.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or pose a security risk to the App or other users.

The Website does not require an account.

3. Nature of the Services

3.1 Website

The Website is a marketing and informational site for Sportify GG. It provides news, updates, and a newsletter sign-up for the Sportify GG platform. It does not process gameplay or league data — that functionality is provided exclusively through the App.

3.2 App

The App is a community-driven platform for organizing, tracking, and displaying eSport league and tournament activity. Certain names, statistics, and imagery displayed in the App reference the eFootball video game and are sourced from publicly available material for the sole purpose of facilitating online eSport communities.

• We do not claim ownership of player names, team names, imagery, or associated data originating from eFootball or its publisher/licensors.
• Such content is displayed for identification, organizational, and community purposes only.
• We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Konami Digital Entertainment or any other rights holder of eFootball.
• We do not resell, sublicense, or commercially redistribute this third-party data or any other party’s data.

4. Newsletter Subscription (Website only)

If you subscribe to our newsletter, you agree to provide a valid email address. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link included in our emails or by contacting us (see Section 12). See our Privacy Policy for how we handle subscriber data.

5. License to Use the App (App only)

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the App for personal, non-commercial community and league-organization purposes. Any use of the App beyond this limited license is strictly prohibited without our express prior written permission.

6. Intellectual Property

• The Services’ original software, design, layout, branding, text, images, and features (excluding the third-party-sourced names and data described in Section 3.2) are owned by Sportify GG or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
• All rights not expressly granted to you in these Terms are reserved.
• Unauthorized copying or use of our original content or code may result in legal action.

7. Restrictions

You agree not to, and not to permit others to:

• Copy, reproduce, republish, scrape, crawl, mirror, frame, or otherwise extract content, code, design, or data from the Services, in whole or in part, without our prior written consent;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the Services;
• Modify, create derivative works from, distribute, sell, lease, sublicense, or otherwise commercially exploit the Services or their content;
• Use any automated means (bots, scrapers, data-mining tools) to access, index, or extract data from the Services without prior written authorization;
• Remove, obscure, or alter any proprietary notices (copyright, trademark, or otherwise) contained in the Services;
• Use the App to build a competing product or service (App only);
• Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services, their servers, or connected systems;
• Upload or transmit unlawful, infringing, defamatory, or malicious content (App only);
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation.

8. User Content (App only)

If you submit content to the App (e.g., profile information, team data, messages), you retain ownership of it, but you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, display, and process it as necessary to operate the App. You represent that you have the right to submit such content and that it does not infringe the rights of any third party.

9. Third-Party Data Disclaimer (App only)

Statistical data, player names, and related information displayed in the App that originate from third-party sources (including the eFootball video game) are provided “as is,” for informational and community purposes only. We make no warranties as to the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of such data, and we are not responsible for how such data is used by third parties.

10. Third-Party Links

The Services link to third-party sites, including our social media channels and, from the Website, the App. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, terms, or practices of any third-party site.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR UNINTERRUPTED/ERROR-FREE OPERATION.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SPORTIFY GG SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.

13. Termination (App only)

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to the App, other users, or third parties.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Serbia, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be indicated by updating the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
